Incorrect Address- DTE is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts DTE before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.
If you place an order and provide DTE with an incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to DTE due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of DTE, with no refund issued.
Pick Up/Delivery- Items are available for pick up at the local Owings Mills, MD Location. Please indicate that you would like to pick up your order within the order notes section.
Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure your select the correct item and/or quantity. Please be sure that your address is correct. Items will not be reshipped due to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
